It should also be remembered that comings and goings are still allowed between France and Monaco, and more generally between people who are nationals of the European area. Whatever the reason, travel is therefore authorized between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m., which means outside curfew. As an exception for border workers working in Monaco, a negative COVID-19 test is however required. Note however that it is possible to perform the PCR test on site, before entering the city.

Shops and tourist attractions are open. However, bars are closed, and restaurants are only allowed to serve Monegasque residents, people working in Monaco upon presentation of a certificate and hotel guests, and at lunchtime only.
